• Mathematical  biology;   Electrostatics of proteins, DNAs and RNAs;  PDE  approaches for  biomolecular  surfaces; Multiscale modeling, Circadian clock.
• High order interface  methods;  Matched interface and  boundary (MIB)  method  and its applications.
• Geometric flow approach to image; Image analysis; Molecular  imaging;  Bioluminescence  tomography.
• Controlling chaos ;   Controlling  turbulence;   Controlling pattern formation .
• Wavelet and local spectral  methods for PDEs;  Computational  electromagnetics; Computational  fluid  dynamics; Richtmyer-Meshkov  Instability;  Structural  analysis.
